Job Title:Â Direct Sales Agent
Location:Â Ashaka, Gombe
About the Job
- This is a full-time hybrid role for a Direct Sales Agent based in Ashaka.
- The Direct Sales Agent will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, promoting and selling the bank’s products and services, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
- This role involves face-to-face interaction with clients as well as some work-from-home tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field is a plus
- Experience in the banking or financial services industry is beneficial
- Interpersonal Skills and Communication
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
