We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Merchandiser

Location: Benin, Edo
Employment Type: Full-time

Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Merchandiser to support our sales and marketing activities in Benin.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper visibility and display of our products in retail outlets, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales performance.

Job Roles/Responsibilities

Visit designated retail outlets to merchandise Erisco products.
Ensure proper display, visibility, and availability of products.
Establish and maintain good relationships with store owners and attendants.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment.
Report market intelligence and competitor activities.
Execute promotional and marketing campaigns at retail points.

Requirements

Minimum of an OND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
1 – 2 years of experience in sales/merchandising, preferably in FMCG.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be a resident of Benin City.
Ability to work independently and meet daily field targets.
